2 cups grated carrots – about 3-4 washed carrots
2 green apples washed, cored, and cut into small pieces (skin on)
2 Tbsp. chopped washed and dried parsley
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
2 Tbsp. maple syrup Or honey (less or more to taste)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ cup raisins (less or more to your liking)
¼ tsp. salt (less or more to taste)
