Create a word collage of words that you want to bring into focus for your coming days.
Using art to create a quiet space as well as taking time to focus on words that have special meaning for you can help to counteract the “inner critic” after a challenging day or time in your life. Combining the creative side (colors – collage) of your brain with the logical side (words - organizing) of your brain can help to create integration and balance during your relaxation and self-care.
