Expressive arts are beneficial for winding down and self care -- your creative side is engaged with a calming and soothing task. Drawing and doodling about these questions causes you to slow down and notice more in the present moment. Art also has a way of connecting or re-connecting us to a creative, soothing side of ourselves. We hope these doodle activities spark your creativity and guide you on a path to healing and wholeness.
